S7 Edge not going into download mode - GSM-Forum

Hello, i'm trying to remove password from samsung galaxy S7 edge (G935F), but when i try to go into recovery mode with volume up + home + power button, and select reset to factory setting, it says; 'MDM does not allow factory reset phone will restart automatically'
i tried to put phone into download mode to flash it with stock firmware, but it isn't booting into download mode (volume down + home + power button), when i try to boot into download mode, phone turn on automatically, not going into download mode to flash firmware..
any idea or solution to put phone into download mode??

Alternatively, when you power down the phone, hold vol+, vol- and the power button and insert the USB cable to the phone and it should boot up into download mode. (The cable should already be plugged into the PC)

@Digital EDGE, yes exactly like this, but not going into download mode, tried all possible combinations, phone turns on or starts charging..

no, i guess no one has got any solution for this problem yet, it seems to be a demo unit that's why combination isn't working..

use samsung 300k tool it will automatically put samsung phone in download mode.

Sorry to revive this thread. I have the same problem like mobileplus21, i have a pin on phone start and i cannot enter in download mode, neither with jig. Recovery mode works but i dont have adb driver active. If someone have a solution i will pay for it. Thank you!

just keep on pressing the keys, i mean when u press Volume - and home and power, the phone starts automatically, it's ok just keep on pressing them and then it will turn off and go to download mode

I tried, no chance. It's just restarts. If with jig i cant enter.
