S7390 Safe Mode

After water damaged, phone dead. Opened case, clean all, no oxyde tracks. Phone alive (no vibration, no sound), but after samsung logo, phone goes OFF. Put phone to charger, show charging, but fake charging. Opened phone again, heat with gun the PCB, phone alive.
-sound OK
-vibrations OK
-SIM and memory OK
-mic OK
-wireless OK
-charging OK

Problems:
-touch working, but very bad - i must press little hard
-softkeys (back and options) not working, no light
-SAFE MODE > hard reset, flashed with other firmware, the same message: SAFE MODE.
Where's the problem? Should i replace the TS?

change new charge socket tested

Removed touchscreen flat cable and powered phone without touchscreen.
Result: SAFE MODE gone! Seems that must replace TS
