Red face Samsung A5 A500FU Stuck in S-view mode


Hi,

i have a client with an A5 stuck in sview mode.

Done reset - No help
Done Rewrite Firmware - No Help

Opened up device to check for water/other - No Help


anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Is there a certai chip like NFC that takes care of the whols s-view thing?

As this is very old the issue seems to mostly be from the charging flex.

There are also some circuits on the PCB that are some times at fault.

Try with a new flex and see what happens.
