How to hardreset samsung b5512 galaxy y pro duos, phone have google account, plz help me

turn off your device and enter into Recovery mode. You can get into Recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume up button + Home button + Power button simultaneously.

then do factory reset

remember after reboot lost all user data

I have a problem, when i want to get recovery mode, the recovery mode ask me for a password....!!!!!!!!!

just enter password wrong in 10 time it will format him self
