Solution 1: Reset EFS via SPT (must serial Number visible)
Solution 2: Check U100 have crack (replace U100 and reballs the baseband IC UCP300)
Solution 3: try this if solution 1,2 not work. (at the picture)

Yes this hardware solution is tested long time need exchange U100 if not help rehot or reflow UCP300.

big thing's anytime's where to get same thing .. where ( phones ) can one get u100 ?

if you trying to replace the u100 make sure you can reballs the ucp300 a the back. the 3 solution is work to me. i have alot of i9100 no imei or baseband is done. the ic have a arrow is always shorted that's the reason to replace it.

i have n7100 baseband ok but imei like 04.............. fone is fresh box pack
trying many times to repair it with spt and sgtool but it show msl error on sgtool and timeout in spt as u can see on my thread http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f452...60/index2.html

1: try to reset efs vis spt box then write n7100 root file.
2: check usb debugging. @cellphone
3: then click spt mode.
4: you need uart micro cable.
5:check repair imei, put imei, then click factory mode.

i'm using SAM UART micro cable from z3x box. but i'm using spt tool for imei repair.
