azeem11226, salam bro try to flash it again and then root again, the verification code will disappear insha allah, i have done my j5 prime now dec. 14 2016 09:37 a.m. here in philippine.

If you got after write the stock recovery logo hung you can restore inside the Stock Recovery file

causes your phone got unsupported Firmware with the root build file ..!
check ogi post their must be listed supported firmware name that is completable with this root file ...otherwise no matter how many time you flash this will ask for pass after root and if you wipe from recovery phone will got stuck
