sgs i9000 flashed upgrad/downgrade
hard reset, wipe data /cach but same
after phone restart all files (photos,video) come back

what can i do to format internal memorey

flash a 3 part firmware with pit and re-partition

why? he must flash a 3 file firmware with pit, then make a factory and a wipe on recovery ... all done
