Member: 2341406 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Samsung Galaxy GT-I9300:can do to fix my EFS file? I don't know if I am at the right place, but I just wanted to know what I can do to fix my EFS file? I didn't make a back up and the firmware got corrupted which left my phone in a non user state, anyway ive managed to get my handset baack up in running order but unfortunately the IMEI number on the back of the phone is different to the one when I enter the code in to see it on display.... now as I totally messed up and lost everything can I or is there a way to rewrite the official IMEI to add it back into my handset . I will wait on any information. Thank you |

Member: 735013 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 74 | Try to downgrade to 4.0.4 then flash with I9300XXUGMK6_I9300OXAGMK6_I9300XXUGMK6 this version (4.3) to patch the kernel and modem. Try to flash that version and I'll send you the patched. |

Member: 2341406 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | no IMEI hi there, f I flashed my GT-I9300 with the firmware you posted, will it or should it restore my official IMEI number? and the other thing is that my firmware is this: I9300XXUGNJ2/I9300PHNGNJ1/I9300XXUGNA8. I will try with the one you sent but that's what is currently In my phone now and the CSC code is: Netherlands.. I will flash with the one you sent and will let you know, but if you can see with the firmware information that I have sent ^posted above^ maybe theres an issue or its just a completely wrong firmware altogether. I will await for your reply. thanks |

Member: 2341406 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Ok, I've tried that firmware you have posted and still the same issue. maybe with the official one that I posted which is the official one that was in my handset , there could either be a corrupt file or I would have to do an entire full format on my internal storage of my phone to delete any partition that is there then re-flash with the one I posted to you, if I can do that, how do I completely wipe my entire phone of all partitions please? |

Member: 735013 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 74 | What I'm trying to say was flashing the patched modem with kernel should restore back your imei, if not that's the time you should use box or better send to service center. Btw, if you have Ubuntu and wanna try to restore back your imei manually. Try This One |
