i think it need to boot recovery,nvflash also not working need secure boot key to update boot any person know how to update it.

This device stuck @ APX Mode
I have recover Galaxy R from APX mode, bt i didnt tried for tab

and i am sure Jtag boot repair will not help you.
You have to flash bootloader via NVMedia flasher
