Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 display battery

Hello
I have a problem with a samsung galaxy tab P1000, it doesn't power up. When I press the power button it displays a battery(view attached picture), after that closes itself. I remove the battery and charged separately, the result is the same.
Need help, please....
