Samsung galexy note 4 keep restarting - GSM-Forum

Hii everyone.

I have samsung galexy note 4 N910A which is keeps restarting in every five minute. I tried change two firmware no luck. Change bettery same problem. Deleted user Data same problem. If any one had tested solution please share. I also see that phone review samsung had accepted its own problem but phone in no warranty.

Hoping your guys best support.

How it is happen? You try to repair the imei or it comes to you like this?

No its just come out with customer phone is like 15 days used only no imei change no try of root. Just use officially before may be some apps installed but it removed yet. But same pblm still.

If there is lollipop then downgrade the fw or if there is 4.4.4 then upgrade to lollipop.

Tried both in downgrade stuck on logo... Any tested solution plz ?

EFS partition corrupted?

try to reset efs then flash it with latest firmware via spt support then repair imei

Yes is factory problem! And for moment you can not do anything about it , sorry!

Thanks for such a reply. I tried all but not solve am sure there's a little bad sector in phone that why it happen.anyway thanks again.
