| Samsung GT-I5801 ( Hard Reset ) I have i5801 too many pattern i try this hard reset work perfect - After all pondering i finally solved the issue ( Though i lost all the data, my phone is back alive ) I did the following to hard reset 1. Switched off the Phone 2. Press ( Volume Up + Volume Down + Home ) and then pressed the power button while holding the three buttons and i got into boot menu 3. Selected the wipe data / factory reset option 4. An exclamation mark with android man logo will be displayed 5. After some 10 - 15 minutes i pressed the Home button and i got the boot menu again 6. Selected reboot and it gave another logo ( Open box with android man logo ) and i pressed the home button to reboot the phone in the fresh factory condition Hope this helps somebody with the same problem But please note that all the data will be lost so think before you do anything br JaYTreze www.gsmph.com |

| please, someone help me... at first, sorry for the bad english, but i'm portuguese. i have this samsung (gt-i5801) and at the inicial screen, it does not pass the word samsung... i tried everything and does not result... it only says samsung and does not go to the pin code or to the normal screen. when i switch on my phone, it appear the model of the phone and then samsung. and does not make nothing else. only the word samsung appear and it stay on the phone... please, if someone knows how to solve that, i apreciate  ...ps: i tried this hard reset, but when i try to do it, the phone appear only the android with a signal with an exclamation point. i try every buttons of the phone and the only that do something is the home button. i press on time and the phone reiniciate but not resolve... |

| press val down+val up+power you ill get the boot menu i check the post but mine one was i just press the middle one after up+down+power and phone reset but every thing is gone. |
