Force close usualy comes from custom roms installed, or not enough memory to perform that operation.

Try to reflash it with official rom.

I flashed with these files Via Odin

GT_I9000_ZSJW4_ZSJW1_OZSJW4_Sbl
I9000XWJVZ_OXAJVT_Android_2.3.6

Did format after flash but same Force Close error when I run any application.
