hello , phone when switch on asking for google account and pasword.
i'm giving email from google but asking for diference email i think?

i'm trying to hard reset but without any success , from this topic

i have the same issue, trying to do the hard reset, but still cannot do it,

phone asking for GOOGLE ACCOUNT.

anyone here can guide as to solve this?

I'm trying with z3x box sp unlock nothing happen!

any advice for this model , hello?

i have the same probleme
wipe cache/factory does'nt solve
may be flashing will do...

1) put a working SIM card
2) and call from another phone and answered the call
2) Press the touch button that is on the left winged “home” button
3) There appears a menu with 3 options, "Contacts", "Notes" and "SIM services”
4) select "SIM services" and lower the drop-down menu at the top.
5) Press the home button (the square in the middle), It went to the main menu, Settings, Privacy and data factory reset.

on new version just shows too many pattern attempts - does not work
