| Samsung Infuse USB Issue Recently we have been getting in stock i997's that are having USB issues connecting to the computer. As always we enable USB debugger and connect to the computer however now the units are going into charge mode a few seconds after connecting to the computer and shutting the device down. Once we disconnect the device from the computer it automatically restarts. Here is what we have done so far with no luck: -Enable USB debugging -Disable USB debugging & enable mass storage -*#7284# was set to USB=PDA, changed to Modem & back to PDA -Slightly bending the USB port I don't think it is a hardware issue but a software issue that needs to be configured. Any help would be very much appreciated!! |
