yas just make a factory reset from setting... some time upgrade system after not removed user date or monky virus has both system or user date so... flasher after make reset your device and done

cuz ur not mention what exactly ur device model number
then locate ur model number and take a look over here

then download the right firmware and flash it, do hard or factory reset

if u don't know how to flash it then search the forum, youtube or google it

frds i did (hard reset - factory reset).i flly flashed but also monkey virus is not goen.
