samsung n7000 dead

i have samsung not n7000 dead it is complete short.i remove power ic but steel same anu solution plz.pcb is clean and in good condition

I also have samsung N7000 dead after update, and Now shows Shorting takes 41 point Power, i change power IC but steel same.......pls give any solution ......anyone please.......
