Samsung S3 Mini No service, IMEI and Baseband ok - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have this strange case, phone don't have service but IMEI, Baseband and S/N are present.

Anyone can help me troubleshoot the problem please?

Tried flashing EFS and modemfs, but still the same case.

It is probably hardware fault.
Check antenna

I did that but not solved. I gave up by changing motherboard
