Samsung S4 I9505 Signal Problem (not blacklisted)

I have a Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4 and it's driving me nuts. I mainly work with iPhones.

The phone has not been liquid damaged and seems to work perfectly but is not picking up any Signal. Its stuck on the circle with line going across. I am 100% sure It is not barred/blacklisted/blocked. I have flashed many different firmwares and modems which claim to do a "network fix" but the problem remains. It may be a hardware fault. I have examined the motherboard under microscope and it looks in good condition... I am able to do micro soldering and I have the schematics. Where shall I start? any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
