samsung s5 g900m encrypted device memory?

I received a samsung s5 model g900m when lit only says:

enter your pin or password to use the encrypted device memory

I tried to do a hard reset and how you try the computer restarts and does the hard reset ...

also in case you've been asking other firmware like the same ...

any ideas?

Dear user!
No need to use the full firmware package.
Just make flash the phone with firmware that model and then do root.
With full access, you you can make a factory reset

I can not do hard reset because when I try and restart the mobil not reached reliazar .... it's like protejiera the hard reset.

wipe cache if done successfully but not factory reset.
