Samsung s6500d hard reset problem

hello. can someone help me with this problem. i receive one sams GT-S6500D with too many paterns entered and i want to unlock it. the problem is i cannot enter hard reset mode. i've even flashed with odin but nothing, phone is still asking for google acount because of too many paterns used.


please someone give me some ideea to solve this problem!!!!

Turn off S6500. Press and hold POWER + ENTER button for reset menu.

Select Factory reset with Volume Down button and press Power to reset. All data will be lost!

Use this method to hard reset your Samsung GT-S6500 Galaxy mini 2 phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

i can put this phone to download mode but hard reset is not entering. home + power is not working for me. any other ideea??

please help me with a link for original flash file for odin, not one file flash file ( a backup), but the 4 file, flash file archive, i mean something like this should be in the archive:


- BOOTLOADER: APBOOT_S6500xxxxx...tar.md5
- PDA: CODE_S6500xxxxx...tar.md5
- PHONE: MODEM_S6500xxxxx...tar.md5
- CSC: GT-S6500-MULTI-CSC-Oxxxxx...tar.md5


i think is the only solution for me, but i've allready downloaded more than 10 flash packs but all are just one file backup and with those one nothing changes and phone is still asking for google acount!!!!

Just goy a Galaxy Mini2 s6500 but the phone book/contact list will not open on my new Ford Fiesta. Ford list says it is compatable, but T-Mobile have proved unhelpful - won't exchange phone despite car usage being mentioned as important to me. At the moment it looks as though I will have to go back to using my old Nokia and dumping the smart new s6500 in a drawer! Anyone able to help?
