bro delete .md5 extension . extract file with 7zip and delete sboot and cm and with the restant u create new .tar and u flash with this after that u can retry with the trick with dev mode

Or u extract from firmware modem.bin and sboot.bin and u flash this with Odin (CP ) and u retry the trick

enable oem unlock then hard rest !

I followed the process and flashed phone, and it flashed all OK.
But phone is in rebootloop - Continuously rebooting when trying to start. Also cannot go to recovery mode anymore with buttons Vol Up + Home + Power.
How can I resolve this?

If its 6.0.1 dont bother anything, it wont work. Samsung blocked the hack in 6.0.1
