Have SM-N900 , imei cert fail, and IMEI is default 00449.....
Z3x and chimera not support for repair IMEI and network on it.

How solution now have for it?
Its after unauthorized unlock.

Copy one of the superimei the n9005.
Use the version of 17.1.5 apt to sign up
Try also repair sn
Try and comment

Now I will say as I fix:

I must inform you that the note3 have 4.2.2, the cf-root has also been very stable, (actually not needed since spt via UART with repairs and asks z3x root access and does not do anything to these models!
The problem is there is no companion solution for the original imei of these note3 only Super imei and your response applies to most s4
Beware of z3 for this because it depends on the version and can be null and complicated according to compilation which take!

I have read about many notes damaged by bad procedures and if you only die via direct easyjtag emmc can revive
(came out a few days ago that upgrade, not how effective it and hope I never have to test that)
For the model used sn n9005w8 and comment ..

when i repair imei using i9500 the modem will be flying and i reflash with any firmware the modem come back but the network wont come back
about spt i repair try to repair 3g but when i use db+modem+adb i face a wrong the usb not recogonized sorry about my language
