Hi,

Before flash what's was the problem, why you doing flash?

Do you know which regional firmware was before you flashed, if possible do you flash with that same old regional firmware.

You can try by the way, fast root your phone after repair DRK by professional tools, than write NV data, from http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/12223271-post16.html

After Try to Repair IMEI with Patch CERT, if you get Security Error, than OG CERT can help you for that problem.
