Samsung Galaxy Note 3 / S5 - Locked by Samsung Account - GSM-Forum

its my own phone, 2 days ago i create a samsung account with reactivation lock, then i hard reset phone, now phone ask samsung account user pass, but i can not active it with my own user name & password,
i change my samsung account password but nothing happen,

when i enter wrong password its show password wrong but when i put correct password its say PROCESSING FAILED

any one can help me for this problem solution

this phone is reactivation lock with my own account,
why phone can not recive my own user id and password

U trying to use different acount details.

Please follow the link and do activation, then u will be able to relock your phone to your email.
