sound problem during call with i9295 s4 active ??!!! - GSM-Forum

i have samsung galaxy s4 active was working fine
now the sound not found during call
try to make a viber call or skype it's working good
the problem also found in i9300 and i9500 models but no soluation yet
could any one know about it

I have the same problem. The sound recording is fine. And the speaker is too.
But when the call is active full mute..

I think it is an software problem..but what kind of..?

Samsung i9295 no audio during call, check this solution when microphone and earphone not work:
