This will only work IF you're running version 4.4.2 or lower. Some versions 4.4.4 do work, but DO NOT try this on the MI3 version, you'll be stuck on a reboot loop every 30 seconds or so. Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade from lollipop, Samsung has patched it. I do want to thank Dest for creating the necessary app and those who introduced the service menu to us. Onto the guide: You're going to need to download and install SSU (please look for this). Once you install it, run and click the unlock button (do thank Dest for this). After you do that, you're going to need to go into the dial pad and dial *#0011# After that you're going to need to click the menu > key input > Q, menu > back, menu > key input > 0000. Wait for about 20 seconds then a menu will appear. Once the menu appears go to: >UE SETTING & INFO >SETTING >PROTOCOL >GCF >GSM/(E)GPRS/WCDMA GCF ON When that is done exit. Reboot device into bootloader and flash the MJ4 modem partition onto the phone. If all was done correctly, the last thing to do is go to settings and change the mobile networks to Automatic. Enjoy |

Member: 2489722 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hi, I'm Nodial, developer partner of Idone, GalaxyTools is our old software, please don't use it as it isn't supported anymore. We added a lot of features in our new application and created it to be simple, with just one click you will Unlock, read MSL, de-brand, enable Wi-Fi Hotspot & USB Tethering and set Hotspot connection to the maximum supported by your device! It works even on 5.1.1 come to idoneapps . com , we have the app and the instructions hosted there. Regards, Nodial (idoneapps). |
