You don't need to use Volume Down to reset E5.

Just apply this:

1. Press and hold "Volume Up + Home and Power Buttons" at the same time.
2. Release all keys when logo appears.
3. From system recovery choose "Wipe data/Factory Reset"
4. Press Power Button to confirm.
5. Select "Yes delete all user data" by using volume and power key to confirm.

That's it.

If You know Devices FRP Protected Account and Password Then You Could be Possible to Remove Pattern Lock. But Phone Must Has Been Connected to Internet via Celluler or WIFI.
