Can not enter unlock code

Tools:

Micro usb cable
Firmware: LT25i 9 LT25i_9.0.1.D.0.10 Android 4.0.4
Flashtool

Procedure:

Download firmware LT25i 9 LT25i_9.0.1.D.0.10
Copy downloaded firmware to c:/flashtool/firmware
Open flashtool
Tick flash device tab
Tick flash mode
Tick flask
Wai untill the software asking to connect phone
Wait till done

after convert lt26w in ics version
update it jelly bean now it have no service or imie or baseband unkown
what i do for this plzzzzz help

you need to unlock your sim from the service provider...

I have same problem, any solution please....
