hi i flash sony z by flashtools and update at 5.0.1 to rom 5.1.1 for lte but when flasing i see this eroor (WARN - This file is ignored : simlock.ta) and after flash my phone not find service and just show invalid card-emergency call .
plz help me im try by anather frimware but not fix

What model is that phone?

Its normal to skip flashing that file. Normally the tutorials explaining how to build fw with flashtools explain the step to remove (or not include) the simlock.ta from the fw.
Probably that model was unlocked by sigma or box that unlock some sony models by patch!
If so, when you flashed fw removed the patch unlock! Check that out!

For Sony smartphones: Phone will return to the original state (will become locked) after firmware flashing procedure
Repeat service procedure once again after firmware update.

This i honestly don't know.
This model its not supported by unlock patch so, its weird that the unlock was lost...

Does it show imei and baseband in settings?

Do you have any sony tool that could read info from phone like setool?

Could you explain why you unlocked bootloader? To install cfw?
Only if you mess with partitions using custom recovery could damage the simlock area and other important info.
If you had custom recovery (twrp etc) did you made a backup of partitions?

unlock boot loader for install custom rom a few monts ago

i try for install costom recovery but i cant install

Open the Dialer App

Then press *#*#7378423#*#*

Then click "Service Info" and press "SIM Lock"

And check whether locked or not
