Read Carefully what Folder must need of DELETE, is wrote very clear, not find directory becouse is busy from other Same folder.

When you open flash tool after delete firmware folder from flash tool folder and click ok you get start your flash tool

A) From Setting>Security>ceck "Unknown source"

B) From Setting, (depend of model), go in "info Phone"> Press on BUILD version since see "Now you are Developer">turn Back in Developer then "Enable Usb Debugging"

- Download Patch for Windows from here:
"0.9.19.10 patch"

NOTE:

0.9.19.0 was valid for ZL,Z1,Z2,Z3,Z3c,Z3+/Z4,Z4Tablet,E4,E4G,M2,M4 because of new FSC feature added.
0.9.19.10 still has fsc feature and this last one will be used if fsc is found but in all other cases, it will behave as 0.9.18. So this release is now compatible with all devices.
To apply the 0.9.19.10 patch, you must be on 0.9.19.2, 0.9.19.3, 0.9.19.4, 0.9.19.5, 0.9.19.6, 0.9.19.7, 0.9.19.8 or 0.9.19.9 and replace x10flasher.jar with the one from the patch.
