Hey there, there is an problem doing HARD RESET on Xperia c5303, i cant flash this phone nothing work any clues ?

in the middle of flashing system there was interupt by information on red phone is bootloader not unlocked debug off, something like this, now phone restarts after sony sign,... what now can i do ?
