i have SE (UK three) LT18i 12w16 but cant unlock
counter X = 0

PLZ HELP how Reset lock counter lt18i

i use nckdongle

With powered OFF phone press VOL- key, and insert cable.

Not possible to reset incorrect unlock code counter. Your phone is hard locked forever.

You can't. There is no tool on market that can reset code counter. People will say send it to Sony Service centre to be unlocked, but they will not do this unless you have VERY good reason.
