How to write custom firmware on st-25i


Dear supporter i have few qty of sony ericson ST-25i ,,,to which i want to write custom firmware ,,,although i have write so many custom firmware on HTC,,,but dont have any idea to write custom firmware on sony base mobile ,,,,If anybody can tell and guide me along with download link ,,,or atleast any basic idea,,,i will be realy apretiated ,,,,

Yur mob must b on ics firmware

* enable usb debugging

*Root using Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v35.zip

* Intall clock work mode recovery Download here

* Connect yur mob in normal mode run the RecoveryX nd follw the on screen
instructions.

* To put yur mob into recovery mode power off your Xperia U power it on and hold the
volume down button while the SONY logo is displayed, the LED bar will turn blue and
your phone will boot into ClockWorkMod recovery.

* Download Custom roms here

Plz clear only one thing that is this the same method to write custom firmware on all sony ericson base model ?

No not same most of the models needs bootloader unlock to flash custom roms.

Bro ,,,,the above given CWM file can be use for OTHER or ALL xperia models or not ? bcz i just got xperia neo for custom firmware ,,,have done unlock bootloader also rooted ,,,,know its time for CWM ,,,,can u tell me either i can use the above file or not ?

I have unlockd its boot loader ,,then rooted ,,then write CWM file,,,sucessfully,,,know i have download its latest custom fimware 4.4.4 from xda developer in winrar form ,,FINALY JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW TO FLASH CUSTOM ROM ON SET ? through SD CARD OR THROUGH ANY OTHER METHOD ?

I searched and found that can be write through fastboot command after extracting the rom ,,,but HOW ? and what r the commands ,,,,if anybody eager to help me to ,,,,i will be realy apretiated and that will be great contribution to those who wants to know this but feel embarese to write it ,,,,

wating for an affirmative replies from supporters.

Keep this n yur mind custom roms only can flash via custom recovery frm sdcard or internal memory wher yu copied the rom.zip .

After flash if mob not booted extract boot.img from rom zip nd flash via fastboot.

to put sony mobs n fastboot mode hold vol up nd cnnt to pc

fastboot flash boot boot.img
