to place a call first turn off airplane mode sony z3


hi guys
I have a problem with my device sony z3 stuck on airplane mode even when I turned it of still showing this message "to place a call first turn off airplane mode"...
please help

will flashing firmware fix it? I changed screen and now its giving me same error

If after changing screen so i think this was the hardware if this happen after some software changes so it was software issue and you can recover your phone by flashing
Check your phone's basebAnd IC

i have same problem with my xperia z3 .. i have tried flashing with Pc Companion ,,, Flashed succefully ,, but problem same as it is ... When i place a call it says
radio off: to place a call first turn off airplane mode

This is nothing to do with software, this is hardware fault obviously.
