sony d6603 cant unlock after buying unlock code

sony d6603 z3 it was locked after i bought unlock code now after putting sim card phone doesn't appearing press unlock code. i reset it flash it but it same when put a sim its sliding on top invalid sim -emergency call only still have 5 attemps to my phone.

please help me with ur good suggestion.

try playing with airplane mode, perhaps it is a fuc***g sony xperia from T-Mobile, hard locked one like some lg, can be unlocked by application HiddenMenu.apk, who knows !
