Download Sony Update Service an Reflash the Firmware, i dont know for sure if Update Service

If not, you need Hardware like Setool,buy Credits for any Remote Service, or look for Sony Service which got Access to
Sony Emma.

1.switch on mobile "mobile show google lock"

2.then go to emergency call press this code *#*#7378423#*#*
after pressing key display show four option
*service info
*service setting
*service texts
*customization setting

3.choose "customization setting"

4.then press "reset customization" phone will reboot & reset

sony expereia and sony phones pattern lock reset is not possible please update the phone with latest firmware

thinks the code is real its works 10000.....for me
