There is no Way to Hard Reset the Xperia Arc s LT18i like "hold Button X&Y and Power on the
Phone!
Download Sony Update Service an Reflash the Firmware, i dont know for sure if Update Service
is compatible with Arc s....try it http://www-support-downloads.sonymob...-2.11.12.5.exe

If not, you need Hardware like Setool,buy Credits for any Remote Service, or look for Sony Service which got Access to
Sony Emma.
