sony ericsson wt19i

hello there, I have got a new problem.well let me start with the history...one of my friend has been having a problem with her mobile....she has a mobile Sony Ericsson wt 19i....well the thing is each time she is starting the device, the logo shows up it enter in the home screen and a lot of popups just keep going on and showing each an error like google apps or homescreen is not working and other types of popups that has encountered an error things like that and there are option : force close...she keep closing it and then to device reboot by itself.....so what i tried is :

I have followed the several techniques like having the flash tool..downloading the firmware and then baaang...it does not detect..

i tried pc companion....no use...also tried SUS service for the sony ericsson nothing...moreover....i have tried to hold vol up and power nothing..vol down plus power nothing just it vibrates nothing more.......

Well then i have tried to get it connected but it is always unrecognized usb port ....well then I was reading and seeing that if the usb is connected and it is green light lit up it can still be restored....well it seems to me that the firmware is gone or corrupted my analysis but now i was playing around with the device and hit the volume up pressing and leaving it pressing and leaving it several time with the home button....only then the back button was lit with the button at the right.....that it..after that the mobile is not showing the logo of Sony Ericsson just it is vibrating when i press the power button...furthermore when i keep pressing the power button...it does not vibrates and i have to take out the battery and then it can vibrate....I do not know what more to try thanks if you have suggestion
