Member: 1871879 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Have you tried just deleting the "Unknown device" in Windows Device Manager? If you unplug the USB without notifying, it sometimes hangs the PC. Once you uninstall it should locate the correct drivers when you re-attach. |

Member: 1871879 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | It's a device driver that came with software you installed for your phone, or it is the phone device itself. You can 1.) Re-install all phone-related software and see if it the device driver returns. 2.) Use a restore or recovery point to restore Windows to the point just before you started playing with your phone. I would pick the second option because it is the easiest if you have drive protection enabled. Is your phone working at all right now? |
