hi I also bought a xperia z occasion and it is the night of the home purchase that unlock wanting to insert my sim card I saw that the counter is zero its now I'm looking for three days without finding anything, if you please help me I do not know what to do !!!

If you contact Sony, they will reset for you if you send it to their repair centre.
