Sony Xperia Z3 D6603 top speaker issue

Hello,

My friends D6603 is having an issue of awful sound quality.
Sound from top speaker is cracking as i turn volume to max.

This cracking starts from 60% and after 80% of max volume sound is starting to be very unclear.

Mixing audio settings didn't help. I have tried three different speakers and there isn't any difference between them. Although sound is very good with headphones.

Have any of you guys figured out yet what may be the reason and solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance

Yes, I met this problem ! After I repaired lcd screen! Pay attention to stick the foil, and everything else strongly! Missing or used sticker has to be changed!!! If the phone never disassembled before, then dissasemble yourself, and fix the stickers. The speaker, ringer has to be stand fixed!
