I installed the latest software IMEI was empty. Then I tried other software was now null.

Just Install Old Version FW and Then See After Install FW W8 5 R 1O Minutes And Look After Imie

There are many variants of Xperia Z2 - you probably flashed the wrong one. Make 1000% sure by checking phone label or check IMEI number against TAC database.
