st25 unlock issue

i have Sony st25 to unlock, but thisīs what happen, without any sim card inside i type : *#*#7378423#*#* and i get this :

(x) network 5
(x) network subbset 5
(x) service pruvider 5
(x) Corporation 5

which i assume is blocked, but when i enter any sim card inside, it doesnīt matter which sim card i put in it doesnīt ask for the unlock code, just get in and when the phone try to read the sim card i get message: the phone not allowed MM N6.

y type *#*#7378423#*#* with sim card inside and still get the same:

(x) network 5
(x) network subbset 5
(x) service pruvider 5
(x) Corporation 5

my question is this, is it the cellphone really blocked or not, what happen? why i donīt get to enter unlock code or why i get this message: the phone not allowed MM N6.?

Do you have it in your hand unlock code?

You have received from the operator?

I think, your IMEI number blacklisted and not registering on network.
