xperia c3 microphone and ear speaker not working during call only?

problem: microphone and ear speaker not working during call only???

working good in music, loadspeaker and headset or headphone.
headset jack is good, i'll try also to program in same version but the problem
still there.
test device or dial *#*#7378423#*#* both microphone and ear speaker is working fine.

i confuse because the model written in the sticker is D2533 while in setting is D2502. but i use D2502 in flashing.

how to solve this problem or any tricks?

the design of the cellcphone is dual sim but only sim 1 is working.
sim 1 imei is good while sim 2 is like this 000000000000000
