Xperia M - SIM network unlock PIN

Hello,
I bought 3 second-hand Xperia M phones but they are locked to Orange Romania.
Inserting other SIM than Orange Romanai, replies: "SIM network unlock PIN"

-->Service Menu-->Service Info-->SIM Lock :
[o] Network 4
[x] Network subset 0
[x] Service provider 0
[x] Corporate 0
[x] SIM 0

Can anybody please help me to unlock this phones?
I have a small budget for this, if needed.
Thank you all!

If phone is counter blocked there is not a tool on the market that can help you. You would have to send your phones directly to a Sony service centre and ask them to do it. Whether they would do this is another completely different question
