Google account protection i have enter en menu and then quick shorcut but where it is email and user it said error any help will be thanked

maybe u must install google account manager apk first on your phone

i did try to manuely download apk but it does not install .....i flash again the mobile and same error

solved through Core Setting and enable adb !!!!
