I hope someone can give a hand with my issue. I tried to follow your steps but software wont recognized my Xperia X10(Big one). I need to something in order to fix my issue. This is my problem, they phone keys(Settings, Menu(home) and back no longer work anymore. If I restart my phone they work but after some minutes they stop working. This happens since I was trying to update firmware or Android 1.6 to 2.1 on the PC Companion software which was telling about the update, but after getting step 2 where you hold the back key and connect usb nothing happens. Can you or someone lese give a help? Any idea? Any fix? Something...? Thank you

my x10i was showing invalid username & passward after updatind now my set is working

Please give me a solution asap as this phone is of my customer and i need to give back urgently.

I try more then 5 times but all the times when its reach to 91% showing me phone repair failed

i dont know that password (device played)
