I have tested the code *#*#7378423#*#* without SIM I can't enter in service menu. But if I put one SIM the phone ask me for NETWORK unlock code.
In this menu, I put the service code and I have full access to service tests.
But when I select the RESET CUSTOMIZATION, nothing happens.
The service menu disappears and the phone isn't restarted.

No other solution like the flash and erase all phone content?
From the service menu, can I access to activate ADB or elsewhere inside of menu?

U use sony update service

middle of power botton...press that with pen or whatever...
failing that reflash it with setool...

middle of power button? just on/off no other hole in z1 exists reset button but I think in Z not.

Sorry, I tested Sony Update Service with other and the user info is lost... I need to preserve the information.
Just the problem!

I think,there is no other way to preserve the user data.. all you have to do is to reflash the the phone using SEUS.
