Xperia Z3 Compact dead - GSM-Forum

Good day, forum. I have a problem with a Z3 compact (D5803).

When I plug the device to charge it, shows a blinking red light without any patron who I can percibe. I try to restore it with Sony PC companions like the official site says, but the PC don't detects it.

I try to charge the battery outside the device, when I plug it back to the device and put it to charge, the device don't show sign of charge and don't show the red light neither. If I un-plug the battery, and plug the USB cable, the device shows again the Red Blinking LED.

The owner of the device says he have a System problem Before this problem, when he boot the device, it's show like he has updates and then the device reset it self showing the updates again.

The device don't have trace of wet.

Some ideas?

There were 3 phones which in themselves are dead, one of them is mine. Computer does not recognize, do not flash, probably factory marriage.
